I like hiking, biking, kayaking, running and lifting. I also really enjoy trying new foods. I'm a mom, a baker and basically a stand up comedian all at the same time. I have helped many woman reach their health and wellness goals, get stronger, lose weight and find confidence in their bodies while eating foods they love; no matter what challenges they are facing.
